I was born in China and in 2009 I completed my Bachelor of Chinese Linguistics as well as teaching Physics and Maths to Intermediate and High School students. I have taught Chinese and Piano in New Zealand. After I completed my Bachelor of Teaching at the University of Waikato, my main job has been to discover every child’s potential. In my seven years of teaching in Early Childhood, I have learnt to notice and recognise every child’s strong points and encourage them to be the best they can be! I have been teaching at Tatuanui School since August 2018. I have completed my Graduate Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESSOL) at WINTEC and I have also completed the training for the Better Start Literacy Approach through the University of Canterbury. I have a passion in Music and Reading. For sports, I am enthusiastic about Badminton and table tennis.
